How much does a rental cost? Room Rental: $450
Reservation Deposit: $250
What is included in the rental? On site host, set-up, clean up, 12 round tables, 6 Pubs and linens (more table and linen sizes available upon request) and 70 folding chairs
Can I bring my own alcohol? No outside alcohol is allowed. All alcohol must be provided by Buck & Johnny’s.
Can I charge a fee to guests for entry? No, only for special conditions like a fundraiser.
Do I have to clean up after the event? You are only required to remove the decorations you provide. The Rental fee covers clean up of the Glassroom.
Can I provide my own decorations? Yes. Any hanging decorations must be approved.
Can I provide my own food? No, we provide all catering.
Can Buck & Johnny’s cater the event? Yes. Arrangements must be made separate from the rental agreement.

Do I have to put a deposit down for the rental?
Yes, a $250 reservation fee is required.

Do you provide sound equipment for bands?
No, all sound equipment must be provided by renter.
Can I leave the decorations up for longer than the day after? Yes, if arrangements are made in advance.
How many people can the Glassroom fit? Fire Marshall code allows for no more than 200 people.
Do you provide parking? Yes for nighttime events only. For daytime events parking is limited
Is smoking allowed in the Glassroom? Smoking is prohibited. No exceptions.
Can I rent my own tables and chairs? Yes, however, the Glassroom is not responsible for the items rented.
Will I get my money back if the event is cancelled? Cancellations of the event date will forfeit the deposit.
Can I change the date of the event? A one-time transfer of your event date can be made without penalty if the transfer is made 30 days or more prior to the event date and is subject to availability.
